The Arab Society of the Faculties of Business, Economic and Political Sciences (BEPS) and the Faculty of Business and Commercial Sciences at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized the Arab Governance Energy Forum

April 23rd, 2015

The Arab region has always been considered among the most significant of the world’s oil and gas producers. Most Arab countries have managed to secure positions on the “oil and gas” map, making them the focal points of attraction among the world’s top ranked companies such as Saudi Aramco, ExxoonMobil, PetroChina, Total S.A., and BP plc. Over the past few years, Lebanon has theoretically penetrated the petroleum sector of the region due to the potential presence of offshore natural gas wealth.
Members of academic institutions, experts representing the energy sector in the Arab world, scholars in the field in the Arab world, regional and international economic and financial institutions and representatives from the public sector will be addressing this theme and its repercussions on the region.
